I'm Kellen Milad, creator of MVMT // LFE. If you want to eliminate chronic pain, live an active life, and enjoy your fitness...you're in the right place! I'll guide you along the path to building strength, mobility, and longevity through PRIMAL MOVEMENT.
Why I created
MVMT // LFE
In my teens, I was overweight and lacking confidence. Through fitness I learned how to push my body to achieve things I never thought possible. I became a stronger and more confident person, so by the time I hit my 20s, I was a certified "fitness junkie." I lived to train HARD and was always chasing the outcome of becoming the "biggest" & "baddest"
Until I lost the balance in my life...
As time went on, I began to feel the effects of all the stress I was putting on my body. I was constantly sore, irritable, and feeling older than my years.
I started racking up injuries, feeling stiff and in pain so I decided to add in some regular yoga classes. I was doing all the things the “experts” said I should be doing but…
I knew and felt it wasn't sustainable.
This all changed in my 30s once...
I took a job teaching "natural movement". I realized that there was a lot more to movement than just moving weights in a gym.
I learned how to heal my body, restore my range of motion and flexibility.
That's when I discovered that the true purpose of doing movement was not just to lift weights and do cardio, BUT to serve my body!
To foster recovery and promote healing.
I also learned how to approach movement in a way that allowed me to express myself and feel a sense of freedom in mind and body.
I was blown away by the positive effects….
Primal movement had on my body and mind. It was like a dream state - I was pain-free, more confident, and had a newfound appreciation for movement.
I stopped letting my EGO fuel my fitness.
I started rebuilding my approach around MINDFULNESS & LONGEVITY.
And now I'm INSPIRED to share what I've learned with you!
