I started online training to improve mobility, my general fitness level, and to prepare for OCR. Kellen worked closely with me to design an online coaching program that I have found to be flexible, challenging, and effective. With Kellen’s guidance I have made significant progress toward my goals. In addition, I have learned much from his movement philosophy. With his holistic approach, the things we work on in training carry over into my daily life in ways I did not anticipate. It is clear to me that Kellen understands my goals and genuinely cares about my continued improvement. I couldn’t be happier with the results.
