How Custom Programming Works

You select the number of unique training sessions you want in your program - 4, 8, 12, 16, or 20 sessions. These sessions will be divided into a personalized blend of mobility, skill, strength, balance, and athleticism. All programs come complete with links to video demonstrations, fully detailed training sessions, and a sample training plan.

Upon ordering, please fill out the NEW CLIENT FORM - including all required fields and as much of the additional information you’d like to share with me for the build out of your training program. This is a key part of the process, the more details you provide, the more personalized I can make your program. After registration, please download, sign, and submit the training waiver to complete the process.

Once I receive your order I will contact you VIA E-MAIL to confirm, gather any additional information, and provide you with an expected delivery date for your new training program. When you receive your program, you’ll review it and we can discuss any questions and/or any modifications.

What to expect from your program

My custom programs are designed to guide your movement practice over the course of 3-6 months (depending on the number of sessions you select). You may exclusively follow the program or it can be used in conjunction with other movement training programs.

I firmly believe that your training shouldn’t become a burden. All programs are designed with your lifestyle in mind - where you like to train, what equipment you have access to, your experience level, and your desired areas of growth.

While you will be training on your own, I will be available to answer your questions and provide some insights on how to continuing progressing and adapting your program. I look forward to working with you!
