I've laid out an 8-week training program as your introduction to natural movement training. The workouts are designed to be balanced and give you the structure to start seeing great results from natural movement training.
You'll begin with a series of assessments to set a baseline for your movements and your goals.
The 8-week program will sharpen your natural movement skills to increase your functional strength and mobility. You'll train for higher fitness through skills, strength, and conditioning. You'll also build a restorative movement practice to address chronic imbalances and reduce injury.
