I've laid out the entire 8-week training program to walk through the process and set you up for amazing results!
You'll begin with a series of assessments to set a baseline for your movements and your goals.
In the 8-week program, you’ll balance restorative movement practice with high performance. Address chronic pain, imbalances, and reduce injury. Build mobility and functional strength & conditioning.
At the end of the program, you'll measure your progress through a set of performance benchmarks designed to test your new skills.
These training practices will dramatically improve your confidence, your physical abilities, and the confidence to take on new challenges and explore new activities.
