How Online Coaching Works

Step1: Fill out an intake form.  The more information you can give about yourself the better. Health history, previous experience, goals, lifestyle - it's all relevant to creating the best possible training program.  At the end of the form be sure to cite Movement Parallels Life as your referral and request us as your coach.

 

Step 2: Set Up FitBot account. Upon enrollment you'll be sent an e-mail to register with FitBot - this where all your programming is stored and how where we'll be doing our day-to-day communication. It's quick and easy.

 

Step 3: Coaching Call & Assessment. We'll schedule a time to talk on the phone or video chat. This is a chance for us to get to know each other, discuss strategy, and get any questions answered. 

 

Step 4: Daily Programming & Feedback.  After the foundation is in place, the work can begin.  You'll begin receiving your weekly training. After completing training sessions, you'll leave me comments, ask questions, and upload any videos to get rapid feedback.

 

Step 5: Check-in Coaching Calls. Success often requires some tweaking along the way. We'll schedule a coaching call every 4-6 weeks (or as needed) to check-in regarding your progress and your goals to make sure we're on the same page and headed in a good direction.
