    The Story

    I had a sedentary, unhealthy childhood.  

    I have also been a slave to rigid fitness approaches that have left me feeling depleted physically and drained mentally.  

    It took me years of research and experimentation but was able to recharge my health and redefine my life through natural movement. 

    Now I want to help you get on the fast track to a healthier and happier life.  That's why I created Naturally Fit to give you the blueprint to better movement and fitness.

    In this course, I'll show you step-by-step how to create an approach to fitness that you can sustain for life long health and vitality. You'll learn how to harness natural movement to build real world strength, unshakeable self-confidence, and defy your age.

    Exercise reduces movement to repetitive movements in bland settings. Your body was designed for diverse movement across all different kinds of environments.  The human body needs more movement than the common prescription of 3 times a week for 60 minutes. 

    The fact of the matter is your fitness is YOURS.  It's a personal practice that can enrich your life physically, mentally, and emotionally.  Your fitness does NOT need to meet arbitrary standards or limited to one type of training.  

    Movement is not just a physical practice; it is a personal expression that comes from self-awareness.  Naturally Fit will teach you to practice mindfulness in your fitness to foster your mental and emotional health.
